This version of the Foxwhelp is known as the Fauxwhelp, there has confusion over varieties of this apple almost since the start, and there are several sports but what we do know is this in an unparalled cider apple. It produces bittersharp juice and growing on a fairly vigorous tree. Pick mid-season and stores well.
